The McCormick County Library building is closed until further notice. Overdue fines are cancelled until further notice. You will not be charged for returning items late.
You can still use the library, even when the building is closed. Wi-Fi internet access is available in our parking lot 24/7. The password is posted at the front door. We have ebooks and downloadable audiobooks available for checkout online. Check here for step-by-step instructions. Call or email the library if you need help using this service. We can also get you started with a new library card.
We will shift our purchasing toward ebooks during this time. However, we will also continue taking requests for all types of materials. Won’t it be nice when the library reopens, and you receive a call on day 1 that your items are ready to pick up? On behalf of the entire library staff, we are looking forward to seeing you then!
