April 7th: Dehydration as a Form of Preservation: Learn the history and
various methods of dehydration as an easy way to preserve foops
April 21st: Pickling Foods for Preservation: Learn the ways of pickling and
fermentation as Food Preservation Method (Pickles and Sauerkraut)
