Everyone is invited to meet local author Dr. John Galt Robinson at the McCormick Library on Thursday, November 14th. A practicing Emergency Medicine physician, Robinson weaves his experiences from the exciting, tragic and sometimes humorous world of the ER into much larger stories, with intriguing characters who tackle social issues in fast-paced adventure novels. His published novels include: Forces of Redemption, City of Angels, Power City and In Darkness Light Shines.
John grew up on Grand Island, New York. His love of reading was handed down from his father who named him after the hero of Ayn Rand’s epic, Atlas Shrugged. He now lives in S.C. with his wife and family. When he’s not penning his next novel, he enjoys sailing and triathlons. Some of his favorite authors include Tom Clancy, Vince Flynn, Clive Cussler, Ben Coes, Mark Dawson and Brad Thor.
The author’s presentation starts at 6 pm and will be followed by a book signing.
