Bring the kids to the library this week for our next summer reading program. Storyteller Barry Stewart Mann will tell five memorable tales from around the world – each one about rainbows:
“The First Rainbow” from the Philippines
“Princess Rainbow and the Goatherd” from Kenya
“The Eagle and the Rainbow” from Mexico
“The Rainbow Bird” from Aboriginal Australia
And of course, the Irish tale that explains why there is a pot o’ gold at the end of the rainbow!
This free event will be Wednesday, July 2nd at 2:30 pm.
Great for ages 5 – 10, and all ages welcome!
